2. Are your paintings all hand made.
Yes, our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled painters.

3. What are sizes of paintings?
8 "x 10 ", 12"x16", 16"x20", 20"x24", 24"x36", 30"×40", 36"x48" and 48"X72" or some other sizes for your requirement.

4. How long will it take to finish the order?
Usually,it will take about 2-3 weeks.Some paintings are larger or very complex pieces, for example, or those with very thick texture  might take longer to complete.
 
5. What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We suggest you order more pieces,which can save you much shipping cost. 

6. Can I order oil paintings which are not showed in your website?
Sure, just email us the pictures or tell us the name of the painting, then we will do at your request.

7.What is your payment terms? 
We can accept PayPal, Wire Transfer (T/T)and Western Union.
(1) PayPal, we can get the payment notice from PayPal in one hour.  
(2) T/T, Money Transfer to our bank account (the procedure takes from 3 to 7 days);
(3) Western Union, (the procedure takes only 15 minutes, and we receive the money as soon as in 1 hour.

8.What is the shipment method?
We usually use TNT, DHL and EMS to send the small packages (weight less than 50Kgs), the transportation time is 3 to 5 days. For Bulk shipment by sea (like a container), the transportation takes about one month.
